Original Grain emerged from the minds of three regular guys who grew up together in their home state of Oregon.
Brothers, Ryan and Andrew Beltran, and their lifelong friend, Jasem. So, designing something that incorporated wood was a natural fit when they sat down to create the first line of OG watches.
Original Grain watches are certainly unique in their asthetics. Made with a variety of woods and steel, they carve an eye catching swath in the mens watches market. It is certainly a niche – not everyone is going to be impressed by their look. But some people will adore the classic face coupled with the old wood grain appearance. Rosewood, Sandalwood and Maple are just some of the materials that are used in OG watches.
OG watches are quite inexpensive, at the time of this article all watches are under $200. They feature a citizen movement which is generally quite reliable. If you are interested in a OG watch, they can be purchased directly from their website here.
